According to the data of Türkiye Institute of Statistics (TUIK), in August 2023, Türkiye's total iron ore imports DX53D+AS steel will be 1.13 million tons, with a month on month increase of 78.2% and a year-on-year increase of 41.3%; The import volume of iron ore DX53D+AS steel reached 143 million US dollars, an increase of 94.4% month on month and 6.2% year-on-year.

 

From January to August 2023, Türkiye's iron ore import volume DX53D+AS steel will be 5.36 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 23.0%; The import volume was 680 million US dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 36.4%. Among them, 3.49 million tons were imported from Brazil, a year-on-year increase of 23.5%; 819000 tons imported from Sweden; Import 218000 tons from Russia.
